An Offshore Development Center (ODC) is a team of experts that are assigned to do a particular project for a distant customer. Team of experts includes developers, programmers, administrators and software engineers. These projects are time-oriented; client specifics about the equipments and components that should be made available to the assigned team. Standards should be maintained according to the client's specification. Interaction and collaboration between the ODCs and the company's internal IT group is equally important as any other aspect of the project. Better interaction leads to a better customized result.
