The Scrum methodology manages the development process through many small steps, rather than trying to plan everything upfront. Its primary goal is to maximize the customer's ROI by creating working software rapidly and responding to changing requirements quickly.

In each phase of our development methodology, we are fully commitment to providing clear communication, exceptional project management, and complete transparency for our clients. The project manager has full responsibility for communicating with the client on everything related to the project. He or she also reports Smart Resources's progress at each and every milestone.

Quality Assurance

Each project has two clearly identified leaders: the project coordinator and the project manager. The project coordinator is in charge of documentation and communication. He or she serves as the contact person for the client. The coordinator's tasks include but are not limited to reports, project changes, tracking, and more.
